Francesca is a singer/songwriter herself and enjoys integrating a range of healing modalities into her sessions; from art/music to evidence based therapies such as  Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mentalization Based Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy.

Gini is a school counselor and therapist who works with tweens, teens, young adults, and their families. She believes meaningful growth happens within a safe, supportive therapeutic relationship where clients are viewed as the experts of their own lives. She takes an integrative approach, to provide practical tools, deepen self-awareness, and support lasting change.

Tania is a bilingual associate therapist who specializes in working with children, adolescents and their families. Tania strives to equip youth and their families with appropriate therapeutic tools in creative ways. Tania is passionate about serving diverse and marginalized individuals by using humor, creativity, collaboration and individualized supports.

Tressa believes that everyone is the expert of their own unique experiences and needs. She encourages clients and families to identify their strengths and utilizes them when working to achieve therapeutic goals. Tressa uses a variety of different techniques and modalities during sessions including Motivational Interviewing, EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Approaches.

Ivyanne (she/her), LMHC- Founder & Clinical Director, Ivy Mental Health

Ivyanne Van Der Peet is a Licensed Mental Health Therapist and Clinical Supervisor specializing in anxiety, depression, trauma, and complex psychiatric conditions. With years of experience at Seattle Children’s Hospital—including the Inpatient Psychiatric Unit, Emergency Department, and as a founder of the Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program—Ivyanne brings extensive clinical expertise to Ivy Mental Health.

As a DBT-informed clinician, Ivyanne leads and supervises a team of licensed and associate therapists, ensuring each therapist delivers trauma-informed, person-centered care. Her supervisory style emphasizes evidence-based approaches, including CBT, Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), and Exposure Response Prevention (ERP).

Ivyanne is also dedicated to increasing access to mental health care for underserved communities. She is in the process of launching a nonprofit to provide financial support for marginalized youth and young adults who cannot afford therapy. Her belief is simple but powerful: money should never be a barrier to healing.
