About The Founder
Ivyanne Van Der Peet is a Licensed Mental Health Therapist and Clinical supervisor offering expertise in anxiety, depression, trauma and various other psychiatric disorders. Ivyanne has several years of experience working at Seattle Children’s Hospital on the Inpatient Psychiatric Unit, in the Emergency Department, and she is a founder of the Seattle Children’s Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program. Ivyanne specializes in complex cases and has an array of resources to offer the patients and families Ivy Mental Health seeks to serve.
Ivyanne supervises a team of fully licensed and associate licensed therapists at Ivy Mental Health through the lens of a DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) informed therapist. Ivyanne aims to provide training and practice to other clinicians in utilizing various other evidence based therapies including CBT, T-FCBT, ERP. Ivyanne believes in a person-centered, whole person, trauma informed approach. She makes an effort to ensure all of the clinicians who work under her also use this approach.
Ivy Mental Health feels it is important that the clients are the center of their therapeutic experience and that together we consider all aspects that may be impacting their mental health.

In addition to a therapist, clinical supervisor, Ivyanne Van Der Peet oversees all cases and will provide extra support. If you or your child requires additional resources, our team will also work tirelessly to ensure you receive those.
Ivy Mental Health is deeply passionate about reaching underserved communities. Ivyanne Van Der Peet (Founder/Owner of Ivy Mental Health), is currently in the process of developing a non-profit organization that will provide financial resources to marginalized youth and young adults who cannot afford therapy. Money should never be a barrier so please reach out regardless of your socioeconomic status and potential treatment barriers- we will do what we can to get you the support you need and deeply deserve!

Meet Our Team

Nadia (she/her) is a trauma-informed mental health therapist who values humor and connection to create a safe, supportive space for clients. She takes a strengths-based approach to help individuals achieve their goals—or discover them together. Nadia has experience in inpatient and outpatient settings, working with youth, young adults, and families using evidence-based therapies like DBT, CBT, ACT, and TF-CBT. She is currently training to become a licensed TF-CBT therapist and is committed to continuous learning. With a background at Seattle Children’s Hospital, Nadia specializes in supporting those facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges.

Andrea (she/her) is passionate about supporting individuals on their journey of growth in a safe, trauma-informed space. She has experience working with youth and young adults in community mental health, crisis intervention, and inpatient psychiatric care at Seattle Children’s Hospital. Andrea specializes in helping individuals navigate trauma, depression, anxiety, and eating disorders. With a non-judgmental, person-centered approach, she integrates DBT, ACT, and other evidence-based therapies. She values building trust and collaboration, empowering clients to develop self-awareness, coping strategies, and personal growth.

Deepali Gupta (she/her) is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate in Washington, dedicated to blending traditional psychotherapy with holistic healing strategies. With over five years of experience in India, she supports clients facing anxiety, mood disorders, marital challenges, learning disabilities, hyperactivity, and eating disorders. Deepali is passionate about guiding individuals toward their goals with a compassionate, personalized approach. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her family, going to the gym, and creating art with her two daughters.
